AEM Forms

AEM Forms can now build a form from a sentence, a PDF or a photo of a paper form. We set up the templates, data and governance around it, and we’ve been doing Adobe forms work since 2008.

What AI can do in AEM Forms today

Adobe has put generative AI and agents directly into AEM Forms. Here’s what is available today and how we put it to work.

Available

Forms Experience Builder

Generative AI inside the Adaptive Forms editor and Universal Editor. Describe a form in plain language and it builds the structure, fields, validation, conditional logic and submission setup. It also converts AcroForms, XFA and flat PDFs, images and even photos of hand-drawn forms.

Forms agentic capability (Coworker Chat)

An Experience Production agent that creates and edits Adaptive Forms from a conversation, a brief, a screenshot or a PDF. It writes rules in plain language, configures submit destinations such as REST, SharePoint, Azure, Experience Platform and Marketo, and returns an editor link for review.
