Charles Rich is the founder and CEO of Source 360 Group. He has led its Adobe work since 2008, from LiveCycle and XFA forms through Adobe Experience Manager, AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe’s AI products.

Interactive XFA PDF forms built with Adobe LiveCycle and AEM Forms stopped opening when browsers dropped plugins. Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari show “Please wait…” instead. AEM Forms skills are rare, and our clients needed more of them during US business hours. Starting in 2016 we trained AEM Forms developers in Central America and paired them with our US architects.
